Online Purchases:
You may return unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered, or defective merchandise purchased online that was shipped to a U.S. address for store credit. Please note the following guidelines:
- Timing: Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Condition: Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.
- Process: To initiate a return for store credit, please contact shopolivineboutique@gmail.com with the subject line "ATTN: Olivine Return".
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 DAYS of delivery to report the issue and receive further instructions.
Exclusions:
Please note that certain items, such as final sale merchandise, or items marked as non-returnable, are not eligible for return.
Refunds:
We offer store credit for returned merchandise, which can be used towards future purchases on our website.
